| OBJECTIVE: To sensitise students to science and to give an understanding of how an aeroplane can fly.SYNOPSIS:The four aerodynamic forces behind an aeroplane's level flight are Thrust, Drag, Lift, and weight. Two theories the Bernoulli's and the Newtonian principles are used to explain how an aeroplane lifts itself into the air in order to fly.In this programme, we also take a look at the different fixed parts as well as the moveable parts of the plane, which help it to fly.
